If you have found a suitable property with TwelveTrees Residential Lettings you will be provided with the following:-
a. Standard Questionnaire to be completed - to carry our referencing process and credit check
b. Standard letter outline the holding/administration fee and that payment of one month rent in advance and deposit are to be paid before or on the day of moving in - however, cleared funds are required before keys are released.
A moving in date will be agreed with both the tenant and the landlord.
Paperwork will be completed at the property to ensure that the signing in of the inventory is carried out on the day of possession. Tenancy contracts are signed and gas/electricity meters are read.
Monthly rental paid to be paid by standing order.
Property inspections will be carried out on a quarterly basis
Rental deposit to be protected by Landlord or TwelveTrees
Insurance can be arrange if required to protect your deposit against any deduction and damage to belongings.
Fees
a. Admin/Holding Fee for one tenant £195.00 b. £40 extra for each additional tenant (for example a couple £195 + £40 = £235.00)
